You can sit for a few seconds with no help!

You love to be sitting or standing, looking around.
When put on your back you almost immediately flip on to your front.

You're officially out of our room and into your cot.

You're saying "ba" and trying to learn raspberries.

We've started you on some solids. So far you pull pretty unimpressed faces and much prefer to just play with the spoon.

You're still pretty tricky to get a giggle out of but you seem to be ticklish like your Dad. You broke out into spontaneous giggling at Rusty and Lottie which was gorgeous.

Six months with our Willem Jack

We spent the morning at the beach. Pushing the prams up and over the sand dunes! People swam and the kids splashed in the water. The little boys had a nap on the beach while we all ate mandarins. Sausages in a bun for lunch and the night finished off with marshmallows in the fire pit. It was a pretty perfect day.

A long weekend in Lancelin with two sets of the Bradburns and the Johnsons. All packed into one house! We had some glorious weather!

You're officially rolling! Put you on your back and you immediately want to flip to your tummy!

Everything is going straight into your mouth.

You smile. At everyone and everything. And you looks so pleased with yourself when you do.

We're calling you 'tin man' at the moment because all you want to do is stand!
No time for that bouncer anymore .. it's about sitting or standing!

You've finally moved out of most of your 000s and need the length of 00s.

You love your feet! They often go straight up in the air. Speaking of - your hair continues to also grow skywards.

You've given a few giggles here and there. Boy do you make us work hard for  them.

You're out of the laundry sink and upgraded to the bathtub! In just a few inches of water you swim around.

We've started to unswaddle you for naps thanks to a "rolling on to your face" incident. It's been a bit of a battle getting you to tame those arms in!

My first Mothers Day was pretty wonderful. A weekend spent with family. Saturday with my little gang and Sunday with our Mums.
