We woke to another cloudy day (!) and so decided to head further north and try find some sunshine. Which we did!
Bullara Station was our first stop. Such a cool place that we haven't visited before. I loved their artwork! 
Delicious coffee and scones with jam and cream. Then we pitstopped at Pebble Beach - always a winner. Amazing amounts of pebbles. We also spotted a Sturt Desert Pea which was on our wildflower spotting list! Lunch at the brewery in Exmouth and then it was time to venture back to Coral Bay. We needed to put up a third wall to our gazebo it was blowing such strong winds!

 

I won't lie. I found the first part of this camping so challenging. Between the mouse, the rain and the weather (wind!) it was just not enjoyable. Kid were legends and didn't do any complaining but I found it hard! We still managed a beach swim and snorkel this first day and the kids had so much fun being right next to their cousin's camp site. Will decided to try snorkeling and I was so immensely proud. A moment I'll remember for a long time seeing his face completely light up when he saw all the coral and fish. 

 Final travel day! Kids watched some morning tv from the main bed (a major treat!) while we packed up one final time, collected a click and collect order in Carnarvon and hit the road. Made it Coral Bay just before lunch time and began the epic set up! Luckily the cousins were already there and settled so they managed to keep our kids entertained! Had an interesting first night when we discovered a mouse in the tent!! 

 Geraldton to Carnarvon today. We found a great coffee shop in Geraldton, Quiet Life, that did a batch brew so we loaded up and hit the road. I had these new boys for the boys saved and they were a HIT. Tap Tap 2. Carnarvon caravan park had a pool which the boys loved!
