Our last morning in the Porongorups. I had to take a few little photos of the sweet canvas artwork around the cottage and the beautiful old window above the couch. We headed for a morning walk through a beautiful patch of Karri Forest. Really reminded us all of the Boranup Forest in the South West. After that we farewelled Mum and Dad and made our way into town for some lunch. We spent the afternoon and evening at the Stone's farm ... canola was out in beautiful colours and Will was in heaven with their big diggers parked in the yard!

Another cosy morning on the couch with the fire still burning from the night before. This morning we head into Albany! It was very chilly as we pulled into town. We watched the whales and had a coffee. There were diggers working on the sand much to Will's delight and we walked along the boardwalk to view the whales. In the afternoon we went for a walk on the property again to a giant hanging granite boulder. Amazing!

A beautiful morning cosy by the fire, looking out at the green trees. We had a wander around the property we were staying on before heading back to the cabins for lunch and Will's nap. In the afternoon we drove into the Porongorups to check out the forest. That night Mum and Dad bought down a delicious casserole for us to share!
